Dilshod Eshmatov was born in 1977 in Fergana region of Uzbekistan. He graduated from Tashkent Art School by P. Benkov, faculty of painting. The 1st place at the exhibition allowed him to entered National Institute of Applied Arts and Design by K. Bihzad without examinations in 2000. His teachers were N. Kuzybaev and S.
